The current worldwide financial situation is taking UK home owners in a different direction in the personal property market as they look to improve the value on their existing homes rather than moving up to higher value property.
With current legislation making it easier for families to extend upwards into loft space, and the credit crunch seeing a fall in prices for extensions and home add-ons like conservatories many are taking this step in the belief that house prices will rise again and that structural additions to the family home will see benefit when the market recovers.
